General Shipping Information

  • All orders will be dispatched from our Australian warehouse within 24-48 hours of the order being placed.
  • The estimated shipping times begin from the day that the order is dispatched.
  • Delivery within Australia is made through Australia Post.
  • Delivery internationally is made through either Australia Post or DHL.
  • Please note that we are unable to make any changes or cancellations once the order has been placed. Once the order has arrived, please contact us via email at contact@carbonathletic.com if you have any questions.

Late or lost orders

When placing your order please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as Carbon Athletic take no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address, or that have been requested to leave with a neighbour, work colleague or an outbuilding.

Please allow 3 extra business days after the expected delivery date for your order to arrive before notifying Carbon Athletic of your undelivered order.

Any order discrepancies relating to missing and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing via email at contact@carbonathletic.com. 

Order not received but tracking shows they have been delivered

Check if someone else at home or work accepted or signed for the order on your behalf. If you live or work in a large building, check with building management or the mailroom to see if they have accepted your order.

Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.

Why was my order cancelled?

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our system flagged it as being fraudulent during the checkout. If you are certain that this is not the case, please ensure the billing address matches the payment method you are using, and checkout again. Alternatively, please order again using the PayPal payment system. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can easily sign up at www.paypal.com

Returns

We have a 30-day refund or exchange policy. This 30-day window commences once the order has arrived with the customer. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return or exchange your product, please mail your product to: PO Box 396 Concord New South Wales AU 2137.

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot refund/exchange lost returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note that the refund will not include the outward shipping fee, and a restocking fee of $10.00 AUD will be deducted from the final amount that is refunded.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

You may exchange your purchase within 30 days of the items arriving. Please note all items must be unworn and in their original packaging in order to receive an exchange.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any costs associated with returning their order to our warehouse, and any costs associated with reshipping the new items back to them.

Customs Fees

We are not responsible for any import or customs fees associated with your order. Please check with your country’s regulations to see if there will be any additional costs. 

Faulty items

In the event you have received a faulty item, please email us at contact@carbonathletic.com within 30 days of your order arriving. 

Please include the following information:  

  • Your order number
  • Which item is damaged
  • A description of the defect/damage
  • Photographic evidence
